Thanks to Microsoft and its 'upgrade' issues,
Vista only deploys to Vista.
If you are using XP this may / may not work.

However if you run the flat exe without the
install shield there is about a 90% chance
that the file below will run ok. And its much smaller,
so even vista users on a dial-up should try this file;
so long as you don't mind bending software rules a bit.
