The
Problem with America is that it does not play
cricket. The ethos of the game
of cricket is something so opposite to baseball; that the only relation
between the nature of the two games is that they are the antithesis
of one another, psychologically. America needs to be involved on a major scale with the elegance and the maturity, of the sport of cricket. Their possible strength as a cricket nation would be the way that both cricket, and America have common ground in appreciating in depth mathematical analysis. Only once America has understood the principles of fair play, intrinsic to the game of cricket, will it cease to be the problem child of the world. The financial merits of a steady cool calculated psyche are most valuable during times of crises. :~j |
